During her 30 years marketing and managing property Kathy has helped thousands of families meet their real estate needs. Before obtaining her real-estate brokerage license Kathy specialized in single family sales and multi-family property management. In her career, she participated in multi-family and investment due diligence, market evaluations, and purchases including conventional and student properties.

Paula comes to Texas Prime Real Estate & Blue Ribbon Property Management with years of corporate, sales, and real estate experience. She has a true passion for community, people, and family!

Taylor is a Texas Prime Realtor who believes in the power of companionship and proficiency. She takes pride in building relationships with each client and ensuring they are having a “prime” experience. Taylor is known for wearing a lot of hats and has worked in several positions at Blue Ribbon. Taylor now strives to achieve her Broker’s license within the next 2 years. When Taylor is not helping someone find a home, you can find her at Crossfit SDA, walking her two French bulldogs, or at the park with her husband and son.

Lynne began her career working in dispatch and customer service for an AC Company, gaining unparalleled experience in the maintenance and customer service world. As an Assistant Property Manager at Blue Ribbon, she oversees rental payments, as well as renters insurance and tenant violations. For Lynne, learning our tenant’s stories is the most rewarding part of the role. Lynne enjoys baking and sewing. In her free time, you can find her dominating at dominoes.

Cara has worked in the Real Estate industry for 6 years, continuing to build on her experience in Buyers, Investments, Property Management, and Leasing. As a seasoned Real Estate Agent, Cara is passionate about the customer relationships she builds. She has developed a unique perspective when it comes to being unassuming with all clients and ensuring that each person finds a home that best suits them whether buying, selling, or leasing. In Cara’s words, “Everyone deserves a home.” Outside of Real Estate, Cara enjoys traveling and watching her kids pursue their hockey journey.

Alexis is a Leasing Assistant at Blue Ribbon where she is responsible for applications, renewals, and move-ins and loves creating new relationships. For Alexis, helping navigate tenant issues to the proper department and receiving appreciative feedback from a tenant is the best part of the job. One of her goals currently is to receive her Texas Real Estate License. Her impressive background allows her to communicate professionally and multitask while ensuring quality results. In her spare time, Alexis enjoys traveling to watch various Texas Country Artists.

Combine knowledgeable, hardworking, and quick-witted, and you have Stephanie. Serving as Accounts Payable at Blue Ribbon, Stephanie takes on challenging responsibilities, such as billing, owner approvals, and paying vendors. On a mission to get the job done, she is focused on improving our billing process and ensuring that all aspects of accounts payable are completed in a timely manner. Stephanie is a lifetime resident of Bryan/College Station and enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. Ask Stephanie about karaoke night, It’s her secret talent.

Brianna is our Maintenance Assistant where she performs onboarding inspections, property inspections, move-out and move-in walks as well as Matterport Photos. Brianna's upbringing was deeply rooted in the world of property management and maintenance, thanks to both her parents. Witnessing her father's transition into a Custom home builder, Brianna, who was homeschooled, found herself on job sites, learning the trade side by side with him. Beyond her professional endeavors, she finds joy in engaging in DIY projects and landscaping when the weather permits. A proud mother, she shares creative moments with her daughter through activities like painting and organizing. In moments of relaxation, Brianna can be found cuddled up with her toy Aussies, immersed in the pages of a good book. Guided by the Golden Rule, she lives her life with a deep respect for others' time and resources, treating them as if they were her own. Brianna eagerly anticipates the opportunity to work with you, bringing her wealth of experience, dedication, and a genuine commitment to the well-being of those around her. Brianna is also working on getting her Real Estate Agent License to follow in her Mom's footsteps.

Born and raised in the heart of the Brazos Valley, Theresa loves being a hometown girl!

Theresa has worked in accounting and office administration most of her adult life. In 2013 Theresa became the Market Center Administrator for a local real estate company. This sparked her interest in a career in real estate. Theresa obtained her real estate sales license in April of 2015 and she joined this brokerage in 2016.

Theresa is one of the property managers for Blue Ribbon Property Management. As a Texas licensed real estate agent, Theresa also helps people buy, sell, and lease property. She has excellent people skills and works well managing investor's properties.

Cyndi’s passion for people can be traced back to the early 90s when she spent significant time working with her family and owning several department stores. She decided to become an independent sales representative for wholesale companies selling ready-to-wear, bridal, prom, and quinceanera dresses. In 2020, Cyndi decided to reinstate her real estate license in the BCS area. For Cyndi, the most rewarding part of the job is meeting new people and ensuring that each person is helped to the best of her ability. In her free time, you can find her playing golf, lying by the pool, taking care of her yard, and taking care of her dogs, birds, and cats.

Meet Haleigh, born & raised in the state of Texas and a spirited member of the Fightin' Texas Aggie Class of 2023. Haleigh finds joy in traveling to new places and creating memories with her family and 2 dogs, always with a Dr. Pepper in hand, of course! Currently serving as our Leasing Assistant, Haleigh plays a crucial role in our office handling renewals, creating new leasing files, orchestrating seamless move-ins, and extending a helping hand to all incoming tenants. In every aspect of her life, Haleigh brings a unique blend of Texas charm, Aggie pride, and a commitment to ensuring a positive experience for those she encounters.

Veronica, Director of First Impressions, is the warm and welcoming face that greets you at our doorstep or answers your calls. Veronica guarantees that each interaction is nothing short of a 5-star encounter, expertly guiding individuals to their intended destination within our office. Veronica finds joy in various facets of life. A devoted mother, she cherishes quality time spent with her daughter, creating lasting memories together, and is an avid enthusiast of podcasts and live music. Delving into her personal life, one would be intrigued to discover that Veronica is not only skilled in orchestrating the perfect workday but also in the art of the culinary world. Contrary to the allure of takeout, she showcases her culinary prowess by preparing dinner almost every night.
